-No not really, sometimes riding buddies call me Machine or Slingshot.
What is your favorite way to relieve stress?
-Physical activity including spinning, bike riding, weight lifting.
Favorite healthy food?
-Spinach, broccoli, cucumbers, arugula, tuna, salmon, oatmeal.
Favorite not-so-healthy food?
-Cheese burger and fries, fresh raspberry shake.
What song gets you going? I just can’t name one…
-Boston – Rock and Roll band, AC/DC – Thunderstruck, Aerosmith – Sweet Emotion
Why did you become an indoor cycle instructor?
-To share the love of cycling.
Favorite move on the bike?
-High intensity intervals, long and short.
What was your favorite or most unique job?
-I worked at Farrell’s Ice Cream Parlor when I was a kid, it was a blast running zoo’s ( a big ice cream sundae), banging drums etc. at birthday parties.
Favorite saying, motto or quote?
Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or a year, but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If I quit, however, it lasts forever.
