TERMS

Reservations / Cancellations / Walk-ins

Reservations are recommended to guarantee a bike, but they are not required. Bikes may be reserved up to one week in advance. Please cancel at least 12 hours in advance or you will be charged for the no-show. Cancellations can be done in your profile under your account. We apologize but there are no exceptions. Walk-ins can ride in any class if space is available

Bike Release Policy / No-shows

If you reserve in advance, please be punctual! Empty bikes will be released to wait list at the start of each class. If you reserve in advance and no-show without cancelling 12 hours in advance, your card will be charged.

Wait List

When you attempt to reserve a bike in a class that is full, the system will ask if you would like to be put on the wait list. If you answer "yes", you will receive an email if a spot opens up and you will automatically be added to that class. Be sure to cancel, or inform us if you cannot attend so your account won't be charged.

Refund Policy

It is the policy of The Handlebar Cycling Studio that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be given unless documentation by a medical doctor is submitted. In the case of a significant medical condition, The Handlebar Cycling Studio will refund 50% of the client’s purchase. Please note that all class series are non-refundable.

VIP CANCELLATION POLICY

VIP Members must complete the minimum of 6 automatic payments. Thereafter, your membership will continue to automatically renew on a month-to-month basis.

Notify The Handlebar of your intent to cancel your membership at least 2 weeks before your next automatic payment as membership cancellations are based on your billing date. Premature membership cancellations incur a lump-sum early termination fee equal to the value of the 6 minimum automatic payments that remain.

The Handlebar makes exceptions for the following circumstances: Pregnancy, Military leave or surgery. Sufficient proof is necessary.
