RHYTHM RIDE

Our signature 45-minute rhythm focused cycling class will challenge you through a series of speed intervals, climbs, and carefully crafted choreography to get your heart rate moving. Each class features beat-heavy motivational music to keep you inspired, moving, and entirely in the moment! 

 

Open to all fitness levels. 

Spin shoes are not required, but our bikes are compatible with SPD clips.

CYCLE & ABS

Get ready to sweat on the bike with us for 30 minutes for a high intensity, movin’ 'n groovin’ cardio session, then hop off the bike and onto the mat for instructor-led floor ab exercises to finish the class strong. This class makes for a great intro to spin and still the perfect class for those looking to level up their core strength!

Open to all fitness levels.

BOOT CAMP

Don't miss this 45-minute non-stop full body workout! In this high-intensity beat-based class, we will alternate time on and off the bike with floor works using bodyweight or weights and then jump back on to the bike. Don't be surprised if we take the class outside and onto the Spanish Steps! Calories will be torched during this class!

YOGA FLOW

Take a break from the bike – meld movement and breath for an amazing mind-body practice. This slow-moving, fluid-paced yoga class is perfect to create a strong, flexible and balanced body. Slow does not mean easy! Be prepared for a challenging, sweat-building class.

Yoga mats provided.
